Nothing much to say.but i hope to tell those who were being chosen to be a commander(although they wont have the chance to see this, i guess?):

Was forced to recall my form 2 life when i was there to select today. As what i remember, was called to a selection for a marching competition that time.but sorry i dont think i can share my story here.In order to be fair, some important words to advise with no explaination.u need to struggle out the concepts.
